Returns & Exchanges

You must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Include in your package the original receipt, and your return authorization number written on the package.


Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Special ordered, and discounted items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturer defect.


Repair Policy

Please contact us for a repair authorization number along with an explanation of the problem. We will then evaluate how to proceed. Most jewelry items will be sent to the designer for repair. Minimal repair charges may apply. Repairs can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair.
